Job Description

About the team This team is a involves in Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards. What you will be doing
    • Provides application software development services typically in a defined project.
    • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
    • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
    • Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
    • Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
    What you bring:
    • 4 to years experience on implementations, operations, and service delivery for banking software in a UNIX environment.
    • Must have knowledge on T24, Infobasic (Language), JBase (database) and UNIX as primary skills.
    • Must have experience on code implementation, online and nightly close of business (COB) processing and TC server.
    • Must have experience on troubleshooting and performance tuning of both online and COB components.
    • Must have Knowledge on UNIX administration experience including the ability to automate tasks using scripting software and tools, especially Perl or Shell (KSH).
    Added bonus if you have:

    • Knowledge of financial services industry
    • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
