      • Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as requiredManage requests incidents on ITSM toolImplement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customerManage the incidents, infra structure changesRequired for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priorityWork as a support lead and follow ITIL processesWorks with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies
