Job Description

    Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactiveTalent Acquisition (TA) Managerto leadnon IT hiringacross diverse functions. The role requires strong understanding of healthcare and service sector recruitment, with the ability to design strategies, manage sourcing pipelines, and ensure timely closures. The TA Manager will play a critical role in building a high quality workforce aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies for non IT roles across departments.Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.Ensure strict adherence to timelines and minimize dropouts/backouts.Maintain audit ready trackers and recruitment dashboards for leadership review.Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts in line with organizational budgets.Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices.Candidate RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.712 years of experience innon IT recruitment, preferably in healthcare or service industries.Proven track record of managing largescale hiring mandates.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.What We OfferOpportunity to lead talent acquisition for a reputed healthcare institution.Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making.Competitive compensation and performance linked incentives.A collaborative, growth oriented work environment.
