Job Description

    Job Brief:Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all Talent Acquisition related matters and works closely with the Regional Managers and Area Managers to address their manpower needs for a region ranging from MRF proceedings & forecastings, and in building talent pipeline for upcoming requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipeline of potential applicants.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments
    • Ensure all the requirements requested only through online MRF and adhere to the approval mechanism
    • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and HOD
    • Source applicants through Job portals, online/offline channels, networking.
    • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
    • Pool the candidates and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews with interview panel
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline, conducting trainee batches.
    • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, assessment sheets and related paperwork
    • Collection and validation of offer checklist documents for the selected candidates
    • Submission of offer kits to Corporate HR and keeping the candidates warm till their joining
    • Updating the talent acquisition tracker up to date and review on a weekly basis.
    • Weekly stakeholder connects with reports.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Masters (MBA preferred) or bachelors degree with 2-7 years hiring experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
    • Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Displays engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically and provide a positive and energetic attitude.
