Job Description

    Talent Acquisition SpecialistLooking for a Executive or Senior Executive in its Talent Acquisition team. Should have 2 to 5 years of NON IT Recruitment. Smart and Excellent communication.Looking for local Hyderabad based candidates only.As a recruiter, you ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive. You ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.If you have a passion for helping others succeed and if you genuinely believe that talent is the greatest asset of any company, we d love to talk to you!WHO YOU ARETo be successful in this role, you ll need to have the following skills:Collaboration: Liaise with all teams to create and implement strategies, structure, budget, and vision.Humility: An approachable individual who can form strong and long-lasting relationships.Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. (Curriculum Designer, Subject Matter Experts - English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Logical reasoning, Tutors for different subjects.)Experience in Education Industry will be added advantage.
