Talent ScoutPosting Location : Location Remote United StatesPosting date 56 minutes ago(1/28/2021 3:03 AM)Job ID 84482 Job summary The Red Hat Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for a Talent Scout to join us. In this role, you will contribute to a team that is serving Red Hats growth at an impressive pace, and, as we transform our business model into an industry leader in cloud solutions and a true multi product solutions provider for enterprise IT, youll play an instrumental role in achieving our business success. You will represent Red Hat to the external talent market, developing relationships with top talent and building talent pipelines in the local market, while marketing the Red Hat employment brand in a competitive candidate market. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities

  • Create, lead, and implement talent scouting initiatives and strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Create and maintain healthy talent pipelines for both open and anticipated roles
  • Create, lead, and implement diversity and inclusion (D&I) talent initiatives and strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Proactively identify, engage, and motivate passive top talent to join Red Hat through events and meetup networking, marketing campaigns, social networking, ambassador program, and Avature
  • Partner with the North America (NA) TA team to promote collaboration and aim for delivery excellence
  • Take responsibility for providing candidate market intelligence to support talent strategy initiatives
  • Proactively research and investigate new ideas and channels to assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies
Required skills
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Ability to engage candidates and represent our brand appropriately
  • Proven organizational skills; ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment that is always evolving and with competing demands
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology
  • Excellent social networking skills
  • Ability to establish solid business partner relationships and achieve desired results
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop meaningful and long-term internal and external relationships
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems; Avature is a plus
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Motivated with the ability to work on your own within a fast-paced environment with frequent changes of priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
