Align thoughts and action as per school vision and philosophy.- Adhering to all processes and policies defined in school.- Understanding and implementing the curriculum lesson plan received from Head Office.- Assessing and recording students progress and provide grades and feedback.- Checking of notebooks & homework in timely manner.- Maintaining a tidy and orderly classroom.- Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students under ones care and safeguarding theirhealth and safety at all times.- Collaborating with other Teachers, Parents and other stakeholders and participate in regularmeeting / events.- Ensuring the safe custody and optimum use of equipment normally used by oneself duringlessons and sees to its regular servicing and maintenance.- Maintaining all the records required by the school in a classroom- Updating ERP on daily basis in regards to Attendance, Circulars, Home Work etc.- Classroom Management: The process of ensuring that classroom lessons run smoothly despitedisruptive behaviour by students and maintain discipline.- English Communication Skills: You must be able to speak clearly to students, other teachers,parents and administration officials in English.- Instruction Skills: You will have to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts with authority andin a clear and concise way so that students can understand.- Writing Skills: Is required to write on white board, progress reports, notes home etc.- Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience willhelp teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.- Creativity: Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons.- People Skills: Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty willhelp create a quality learning environment.- IT Skills: Need to know MS Office to create & send information / reports.
