Team Lead Job Description We are looking for a Lead Developer to provide design, development and support services for their internal customers. The team supports the Reporting (BI) systems, Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting systems, Tax, Legal and Content Management systems. Besides analysis, design, development of applications in this arena the incumbent will also support them during regular business hours and occasionally after hours. Position Requirements: At least 5 yrs of experience in analysis, design, developing and support applications in the Information technology department. At least 3 yrs of experience in development of applications using .NET preferable VB.NET At least one year of experience in developing reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS. Experience in Business Objects, Hyperion Planning development or FileNET API programming will be a plus. A Bachelors degree Skills: Proficient in developing stored procedures and database triggers, database design in SQL Server and Oracle Server Environments. Analytical thinker able to identify effective and efficient problem resolutions Experience in the implementation and upgrade processes Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills Ability to work well both individually with minimal supervision and in a team environment Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines Be available for an on call after hours rotation for systems support.
