Your responsibilities:
Leads Artwork delivery team within Quality Operations to manage delivery of services to assigned geographies and customers; ensuring adherence to time-lines, quality and productivity objectives. Oversee and lead all service transitions within Artwork team, ensuring adequate resources, training, certification, tools, documentation etc. are available. Coordinate and lead all internal and customer interaction focusing on sustaining and developing Artwork services. Establish and lead governance over monitoring and reporting service KPIs to customers take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements on C-Sat and other customer feedback mechanism. Ensure timely execution of Service Level Agreements and PLS service catalogue revisions for the responsible services. Drive resolution of operational issues and service escalations, ensuring clear articulation of potential recommendations/solutions to all stakeholders. Collaborate with other OSP/PLS delivery teams to utilize the best practices and initiatives in delivering the services. Promote practice level initiatives for people and cultural development in the responsible team. Develop talent, implements succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities. Identifies and leads projects for quality, compliance, process improvement and automation of Artwork and related service workflows.
Minimum requirements
What you ll bring to the role: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/Pharmacy/ Science or related fields English Overall 12+ years of experience in Pharma Artwork, Labeling, Packaging or related field with minimum 5 years of hand on working experience in Artwork creation and change control. Exposure to working in GxP environment is preferred. Strong people management and development skills. Handled large teams in the past.
