About The RoleTeam Lead - CROLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaAbout the Role:Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Team Lead - CRO who will work closely with Global & Regional business stakeholders to implement reliable, high quality, efficient compliance operational services. This person will be responsible for people management, project management, developing and coaching his / her team in relation to Novartis wide activities, processes, and policies. The role is to lead the Compliance & Risk Operations team managing various projects, processes and their transitions to support the colleagues.Key Responsibilities:1.This person will be responsible for people management, project management, developing and coaching his / her team in relation to designing and delivering solutions that ensure compliance across activities and processes through data accuracy and automated reporting solutions.2.The associate should possess strong data management skills to mentor team. in managing service delivery requirements3.The associate should also have good past experience of utilizing analytical skills and tools (SQL/Alteryx, Python, R, Qliksense, Power BI) along with expertise in story telling skills for deriving meaningful and actionable insights to learn and understand data from various sources4.Proven working experience in project management -ITIL, ITSM, PMP, PRINCE II certifications will be preferred5.In addition to the above Pharmaceutical (and / or) compliance domain knowledge will also be preferredCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Role RequirementsEssential Requirements: 10 years experience in implementing global change management programs and driving service adoption plans or experience is managing large, complex business processes with exposure to migration/transition, transformation, quality, operations management and people management Experience in Compliance functions or process is highly preferred Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
