    • Qualifications:Any Graduation
    • Experience:Minimum 24 years overall, withat least 1 year as a Team Leader on paper
    • Process Experience:Domestic Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
    • Languages:Excellent communication skills inEnglish, Hindi & Telugu
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and supervise a team of customer support executives in a domestic inbound process ( 35- 40-member team).
    • Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and adherence to service level targets.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
    • Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
    Skills and Abilities:
    • Performance Metrics Handling: Proven experience in managing key KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT
    • Ability to manage pressure and resolve issues efficiently
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple languages
