Team Lead PV Job Description Team Lead JOB Role: Pharmacovigilance Track all adverse event reports received and completed Review and assess all source documents, and compile data in an adverse event report Data enter report into the client safety database Code adverse events in the client safety database Release report to client through client safety database The Role requires Review, extract; enter AE data from marketed product according to the safety policies, processes and procedures. Experience & Skills Required: Any life sciences graduate with minimum a 4 year of PV experience and should be excellent in Working with Safety Databases (Argus Database and MedRA Version etc.) with Pharmacovigilance foundation. ,
