As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance team performance, and drive the overall growth of the company. You will play a pivotal role in motivating your team, creating sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize the teams potential.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Monitor team performance and adjust tactics as needed to improve efficiency and outcomes.
    • Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs. Take ownership of team results and drive performance improvement.
    • Client Relationship Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring that relationships are nurtured and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
    • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, including monthly and quarterly results. Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
    • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Motivation & Morale: Foster a positive, high-energy environment that motivates the team, celebrates successes, and addresses challenges effectively.
    • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to develop the sales teams skills and product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.
    • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in the Hyderabad market or South India region is preferred.
    • Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
