TEAM BRIEF The Client Infrastructure team develops application frameworks and technologies for FactSet s primary Workstation production, including application management, search, and integration with the Symphony chat platform.THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Team Lead. You will own full stack applications primarily written in C# and Typescript. You will build Factset s search product and will also own core parts of workstation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design, code, and test new product features and enhancements Participate in multiple projects across the full product stack (front end, server code, database) Use MS Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#, SQL, and other technologies to develop client and server-side systems Lead and mentor new engineers in the team Work with automation testers to write unit and integration tests Work towards converting existing Javascript codebase to Typescript JOB REQUIREMENTS 8 years of industry experience years of software engineering experience building applications in any major Object Oriented Language. Willingness to learn C# Sound knowledge of SOLID principals and design patterns Professional experience building websites using ASP.NET , MVC and JavaScript is a plus Ability to articulate and quickly adopt development best practices Excellent organizational and communication skills Willingness to work as a member of a team, including participating in peer code reviews and maintaining project and operational documentation Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech/ MCA with 6 years of experience in Computer Science or equivalent Highly Desired Understanding of NLP fundamentals Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of AWS Previous management experience,
