Day to day operational management by overseeing the efficiency of recruitment activities. Measuring the ratios with respect to sourcing, interviews, offers and joining and communicating to team. Develop a high performing, innovative and influential operations team capable of meeting customer requirements Add a wide degree of creativity and latitude in professional conduct of self. Mentor the team on domain and internal processes. Support HR in the training initiative by conducting as well as attending trainings.,
