Job Description

Job Description* A division of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America, Commercialization team designs, delivers and services integrated credit and treasury products to more than 140,000 clients around the world, including small businesses, middle-market and large corporations, multi-nationals, financial institutions and governments. These solutions, distributed through Commercialization Bid Managers, include business and corporate lending, global payments and liquidity management, commercial card services, trade finance, foreign exchange, lines of credit and equipment finance solutions. As an extended part of the Commercialization team , we are required to manage and produce high quality proposals (RFIs, RFPs, RFx, ITTs, PQQs, DDQ, and other Client Questionnaires) across EMEA Global Transaction Services (GTS) covering Cash and Liquidity Management, Trade Finance (SCF, BGs, LCs), Corporate Cards, and USD/EUR/GBP Clearing for FIs. Team is required to provide first draft support on deals that the SSD team is supposed to handle Creating templates Using the repository to respond to the client questions Responsibilities * Candidate will be responsible for working on following; Provide proposal management support for sales and client managers Focus on RFPs from Large Corporate, Financial Institutions, and Middle Market segments Focus on global opportunities that require coordination across regions and products Work across the regions to drive coordination related to global initiatives Create culture of constant process improvement, best practice sharing, and professional growth Ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and bank policies Complete deal and month-end routines (properly transitioning deals, win/loss tracking, survey follow-up)

Requirements* Education* Masters in Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics Experience of working with management and writers Certifications If Any APMP Certification (good to have) Experience Range* 3-5 years experience in financial services industry, preferably in Commercial or Corporate Banking 0-1 year experience driving global and regional deals independently Mandatory skills* Expert knowledge of Treasury Management products across receivables, payables and liquidity solutions Understanding of the Large Corporate, Financial Institutions, and / or Middle Market client segments Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities Strong written communication skills with ability to produce targeted pitches; thorough command over grammar and writing techniques Strong partnering, relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization Expert knowledge of Ms-Word with ability to incorporate effective graphics and visual elements Superior critical thinking skills and self starter Desired skills* Really good writing and comprehension skills Self-Motivated Meticulous, team player and able to perform under pressure Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and work in a highly project based environment Proactive in nature, assertive, and has excellent attention to details. Initiative and client-focus (will understand and promote focus on client-service and will be proactive in managing client/LOB relationships) Proven ability to work independently, cooperatively as a member of a team and to coordinate efforts and collaborate with LOB partner Ability to interpret reports and make recommendations
