Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for the development efforts and also for the Client technical & GIS- related matters. Multi- tasking Multi skilled Software Experience preferred. Provide leadership to teams developing releases for GIS- related systems. The person filling this role must have the skills of a team leader as well as a GIS / .NET, C#, Java, OSS.- Tech savy. Good understanding of OOAD and good experience in using UML and Design Patterns. Hands on experience on & in. In Database design on SQL Server 2005/ 2008 - 5 Years. In Client server and n- tier application design - 3 years. In .NET 2.0, 3.0, 3.5. 4.0 (C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET) 5 years in developing Client server applications. Good understanding of SDLC and knowledge of Agile/ V Model of project execution methodologies. Hands- on experience in ArcObjects (ArcEngine, ArcGIS Desktop 9.x, ArcSDE 9.x Arc Toolbox 9.x) development ,
