Tech Support Executive - Softcell Tech Support Executive Tech Support Executive Job Title : Tech Support ExecutiveEducational : Graduate Preferably from Engineering Domain Professional IT certifications such as CCSP , CCNA and CCNP will be advantageousPrimary Location : Bangalore / HyderabadReports to : Branch ManagerNo of Positions : 2Experience : 1 to 3 YearsRole Technical Support Executive , will be responsible for providing technical support services to customers on Networking and Systems Integration technologies and products.The Technical Support Executive level may progress to the role of Sr. Technical Support Executive on showing good performance.Job Profile: Addressing clients issues and providing technical support for all infrastructure and hosting LAN / WAN environments. Where required , visit clients for software / hardware installation , keeping track of their requested supports and attending clients problems with extreme care. Configuring and maintaining the Cisco Routers and Switches and taking Periodic Back - ups. Configuring and troubleshooting entire Networks. Should be familiar with operation , hardware and architectures of the following series of Cisco routers and switches Exp with Cisco PIX / ASA firewalls , Netscreen devices , modifying firewall rule sets , network traffic flows , trouble shoot firewall problem. Installing , configuring , documenting , and providing ongoing support for Cisco PIX and / or ASA 5500 - series firewalls , Netscreen devices , Fortigate. Independently monitor , network , systems , Internet , WAN , wireless , VPN security Ability to analyze technical problems respond to the customer complaints telephonically , e - mail or field visit. Manage the Firewalls and their configuration and troubleshooting with proper change control management. Keeping abreast with latest technology related to firewalls and Cisco technologies. Maintaining a log of all support issues and their status. Escalating outstanding technical issues to the Technical coordinator. Education Experience : Graduate with 1 - 3 years of Experience Proficient in English with good communication skills Professional IT certifications such as CCSP , CCNA and CCNP will be advantageous Excellent interpersonal , organizational , analytical , problem - solving , presentation and communication skills Should have a two wheeler. Ready to work on field role. The candidate should be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of working in a dynamic environment. A go getter and having good Customer Relationship skills. Should have good presentation and communication skills. Should be able to impart training on solutions to customers and internal teams. Smart , confident , ability to handle various customer facing situations in resolving technical issues.
