Must have a solid background as a Technical Architect with a particular focus on product design demonstrating attention to detail for requirements. Must have the ability to deal with all levels of client personnel. Must be well versed with design patterns and their usage. Must have gone through at least 4 full cycle implementation of projects over .Net projects. Desired Candidate Profile: Need excellent communication skills. This includes Team presentation, Technical presentations to Client and creating high quality documents which can clearly share the technical designs with team and management. Should be ready to take complete accountability for a product design. Must have experience in UML [Unified modeling Language], either with Packages like Rational Rose or Visio. Must be ready to do hands on code when necessary to show off some new technologies to the developers and team leads.
