Job Description

Masters in any science background, but who is very enthusiastic, out-of-the box thinking and willing to explore Business Development domain - even B-tech in biotech or other microbiology would also be preferable Exp- fresher / 1 year Job Profile This job is basically an office-bound job - primarily responsible to develop business by managing Internal sales activities To understand and manage the technical requirements from customers over phone as well as mails To understand and manage the customer data-base across the country To follow-up customer queries and update the status of process To give support whenever needed for all external sales team for following up on quotes as well as other process related requirements To manage customer queries over phone or e-mails located in remote areas To support the commercial team on outstanding payments To manage the direct walk-in technical queries from customers Needs to be very good in communication in English.
