Job Description

    HCLTech is hiring for Technical Chat SupportExperience Required
    1. Minimum2yrsof hands-on experience in International Technical CHAT Support - troubleshooting
    2. Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
    3. Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
    Technical SkillsRequired
    • Basic knowledge ofweb page designing,HTML,CSS and JavaScript.
    • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
    • Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.
    General Requirements
    • Shift: US Shifts (Night Shifts)
    • Customer Service Skills: Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
    • Qualification: Any graduate (we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)
