Job Description

    Job Tittel- Technical content writerExperience- 2 to 4 yearsLocation- Hyderabad.Work from office.
    • Successful candidates should have experience with some or all the following:
    • Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.
    • Ability to setup time with key engineering team members and have a technical conversation with them to understand requirements.
    • Experience writing wikis on ADO and creating specs/customer-facing documents.
    • Technical knowledge/background will be a plus
    • Ability to consolidate documents into one cohesive document.
    Desired Candidate ProfileExp in technical writing, content creation, information development and resource coordination.Exp in gathering requisite information for IT / Managerial ServicesExp of Adobe, SnagIt & MS Visio
    • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking. handle multiple products and manuals simultaneously; should be able to manage time and tasks effectively
    • Adapt to changing requirements
    • Curious about everything, with a knack for getting your hands dirty
    • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
    • Experience in using Madcap Flare and Camtasia (Preferred)
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
    • Able to manage multiple global projects within various constraints, leading cross-functional efforts to achieve desired results.
    • Experience in QMS (quality management system) and CRM (customer relations management) tools
