This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a proven track record in delivering complex technical projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in the tech industry, with at. least 3 years focused on managing and delivering AWS-related projects. AWS certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex cloud-based solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation, to facilitate successful project execution. Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project progress, risks, and changes. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies, leveraging AWS best practices and tools. Ensure technical solutions meet business objectives and comply with security and compliance standards. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth. Stay abreast of the latest AWS technologies and services, incorporating them into project solutions where appropriate. Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials.Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong foundation in cloud technologies. At least 3 years of experience in successfully delivering AWS-based projects. Mandatory AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or similar). Strong project management skills, with experience in agile and traditional methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and project negotiations. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud architecture principles. Ability to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
