268294BRTechnical Design Expert - PlatformJob DescriptionThe Mobile applications Architect (Kony) will contribute to our mission by working on all occurring technical topics. The Mobile applications Architect (Kony) will operate all IT services , systems and applications and monitor events that occur in the enterprise IT environment.Provide technical expertise on Kony Mobile platform to support the COE design , delivery and operations teams To ensure normal services are restored as quickly as possible and adverse impact on operations due to incidents in Mobile platforms are minimized. Document current state business processes and wire framing system designs using process flow diagram tools , UML , sequence diagrams , etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs Provide technical expertise , guidelines and documentation to the Solution Assurance Experts to enhance the COE process landscape in order to realize technology benefits Oversee the implementation of platform specific development guidelines Works with the IT - Security team in order to setup guidelines for secure coding Create required setup and testing templates and ensure adherence and correct use in the COE. Implement and maintain test automation concept where applicable Support monitoring the usage of platform tools and adherence Train and support COE members in technology concepts and governance on Mobile platform. To ensure that Configuration Items (any component that needs to be managed in order to deliver an IT Service) are identified , accounted , reported , verified and audited. Support Operations with License management and maintaining the platform landscape Responsible for Solution Road mapping and lifecycle activities in strong alignment with Enterprise Architecture , managing technology relationships various stakeholders across geographies Provides appropriate sizing estimates with the help of Project Managers for securing project budget approvals. Implement reusability in the technical solutions.Minimum requirementsB.S / MS / relevant. degree in a technical field preferred (Computer Science , Engineering , MIS etc) or equivalent combination of education and experience Any additional exposure to European languages is desirable but not mandate.
