  1. Job Purpose:
A Faculty is responsible for the coordination, planning, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities during the time assigned at the centre. At a minimum the related activities include instruction, instructional counselling, academic advising and in house / college workshops and presentations.
  1. Key Accountabilities:
Faculty needs to complete Faculty Certified Training certification before conducting any batches / undertaking the following responsibilities:Responsible to start lectures on scheduled time post marking the attendanceResponsible to conduct lectures as per the log sheets and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch scheduleResponsible to conduct the sessions using Smartech Methodology and using Smartlab Plus components; to ensure every experiment is demonstrated to studentsResponsible for student conduct and classroom administrationResponsible for handing over daily assignments to students; to ensure students complete their journal and project work within the stipulated time frameResponsible to send student progress reports within the specified periodResponsible for maintaining lab register on a daily basisResponsible to conduct all course modulesResponsible for imparting training to the Junior Faculty on higher modules to ensure their upgradationResponsible for maintaining Smartech register on a daily basisMaintain Track.com in real time basisPrepare batch tracking report on a monthly basisResponsible for conducting internal exams on a timely basisResponsible for conducting exams for absenteesMotivate students in appearing for International ExamsConduct parents teacher met and provide constructive feedbackResponsible for the maintenance of the labs and equipmentAssist the external examiner in conducting the centre examinationResponsible for conducting proxy lectures in case where the concerned faculty is absentDeliver presentations on their respective modules in a timely fashion in order to strengthen their communication skills
