1. Responsible for OTT content backend system, including video management, operation system, search and recommendation system, develop, maintain and upgrade system design and development, build a leading collaborative development system with high availability and reusability. 2. Analyzing requirements, designing systems, compiling codes, building teams, training and guiding General Engineers Job Qualifications: 1. More than 10 years in Java development experience, solid basic skills of computer specialty, strong coding ability. Familiar with linux/ shell operation programming, proficient in SSH and other application frameworks 2. Proficiency in Java, JVM principles and mechanisms, JVM performance tuning 3. Good understanding and practical experience of design patterns, proficiency in domain-driven design, good coding habits and good model abstraction ability. Familiar with the design and application of distributed system with large traffic, high concurrency and high performance. 4. Be proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, MQ, Redis, Netty and various Java middleware technologies. 5. Be proficient in using MySQL, Redis, Hbase and other open source caching and database middleware. Be able to model business data, express entity relationship and optimize index 6. Proficiency in TCP/ IP network-related knowledge, in-depth understanding of the principles of HTTP/ HTTPS and other protocols 7. Strong logical thinking ability, good at analysis, induction and problem solving 8. Has basic algorithm theory and system, and can optimize the complexity of key parts of the system. 9. Participated in the design and development of large and complex distributed Internet systems 10. Experience in management, ability to work independently or lead a team in project development is preferred, and experience in video background project is preferred.,
