Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead daily stand-ups and guide the team through technical challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scalable backend solutions.
    • Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and ensure system reliability.
    • Address bottlenecks, working closely with DevOps for seamless deployments.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and drive feature delivery.
    Requirements:
    • 7 years in backend development, with 2 years in technical leadership.
    • Expertise in SaaS design, deployment architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
    • Proficiency in Node.js, microservices, event-driven architecture, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in high-traffic environments.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
    Technologies: Node.js, Python, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, ClickHouse, OTEL, Nginx, AWS, API Gateway, Grafana, Azure.
