Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, and experienced Technical leader within the Data & Analytic Organization. The Technical lead in this role is to conceptualize and visualize data frameworks, provide support in identifying existing data gaps, build new data pipelines, and providing automated solutions to deliver advanced analytical capabilities and enriched data to applications that support the organization s operations. They are also responsible for obtaining data from the System of Record and establishing real-time data feed to provide analysis in an automated fashion.

  • Provide top-quality data solution design and execution.
  • Responsible for translating business requirements into data models and technology solutions.
  • Utilize Big Data technologies to design, develop, and evolve scalable and fault-tolerant distributed components.
  • Stay current on latest technology to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
  • Responsible for the design and execution of abstractions and integration patterns (APIs) to solve complex distributed computing problems.
  • Review Funnel of future requirements and provide key inputs on complexity, feasibility, and best practices to support prioritization process.
  • Perform design/code reviews, refines, and implements data standards to ensure quality of all deliverables.
  • Analyze data-based implementation methods to make sure they are in line with governed data model policies.
Continuously improve the quality, consistency, accessibility, and security of CSCP data activity, BS in computer science, information system, or equivalent working experience.
  • Expertise in Big Data tools and technologies like Hive, Spark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce, etc.
  • Understanding of scripting languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or Shell Scripting, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of end-to-end design and build process of Near-Real Time and Batch Data Pipelines.
  • Expertise with SQL and Data modelling methods, databases, data warehouses, master data and metadata.
  • Adept understanding of the various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and familiarity using Source Code and Version Control systems like SVN, Git, etc.
  • Can analyze complex problems using information provided, understand customer requests, and provide the appropriate solution.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and data.
  • Has design and implementation experience of supply chain systems and BI data warehouses.
  • Hands on Ability to drive architecture and development.
  • Needs to interact with multiple engineering teams to drive architecture for Digital Platform
Manage development of data pipelines, analytical models, self-service repositories, and analytical apps with internal and external teams
