Technical Operations Expert- Cloud Access Job Description The Identity and Access Management(IAM) Manager is responsible for leading and managing Novartis Public Cloud Service Access Management Process. IAM Manager is also responsible for identity management, access request management, provisioning/ de- provisioning of users, access governance/ access recertification and privileged access management. He / She is responsible for end- to- end ownership of Public Cloud IAM Process that supports achievement of business requirements adhering to Organizations security principles. IAM Manager: Responsible to keep IAM technical implementation in line with security guidelines & principles aligned to operational model as its evolves. Owns or deputize Service Owner/ Manager for all Public Cloud Services GMT groups Responsible to Identify and Onboard Service roles to connected workflow model in APS Responsible to validate and approve User access requests in APS or GMT. Responsible for APS recertification and GMT attestation. Act as a Single point of contact for PAM, APS and GMT related activities in Public Cloud Services. Responsible to validate and approve AWS IAM policies / roles / entitlements Contributes with access requirements for new services/ infrastructure designs Training Manager: Responsible to assign trainings to associates contributing or Supporting to Public cloud Services. Report training completion status to service manager and document if any deviations found. Maintain Public Cloud Training catalog in line with Novartis Training Management process. Operation services are delivered within agreed SLAs Deliver access requirements within SLA s. Adherence to the Novartis IT quality standards No major business disruptions Time to solve incidents Number of recurring problems Completeness Customer feedback (expectations met/ exceeded) Actively contribute to the business with innovative solutions that show results in the form of cost optimization and / or growth of the business top line revenue Closeness / integration with the associated business function(s): be personally accepted and trusted / recommended by the Novartis IT Function(s) Achievement of agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost where appropriate Minimum requirements o A Bachelor s Degree o Extensive IT architecture/ technical knowledge in two or more areas of HSDR o ITIL Framework & certification (minimum ITIL foundation) Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages a plus More than 5 years of IT Operations management experience in management of service teams in global environments; delivering infrastructure services across geographic and business boundaries . Identity and Access Management Solutions, SAML, Single Sign On and Multi- Factor Authentication technologies. Architecture experience responsible for influencing the design of complex public cloud Infrastructure solutions in view of automated operations Capability to think in terms of business value in the architecture and design of public cloud solutions end- to- end. Responsible for managing operational budgets Support large scale infrastructure and business projects Effective relationship management experience Experienced in co- ordination, directing and managing service providers,
