Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience managing engineering and/ or technical operations professionals responsible for critical systems/ operations for an organization. 5 years of technical experience as an individual contributor. Experience designing, developing or troubleshooting Linux, OS, Windows, networking, mobile, video conferencing, voice technologies. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience building teams, as well as hiring and developing motivated people. Experience leading people through change while maintaining the ability to adjust to rapidly changing technology and make decisions with limited information. Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple, often time- sensitive initiatives. Excellent organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
