The Global Corporate Procurement team is looking for a high performing Technical Program Manager who can lead change and deliver results on some large scale projects. This position is responsible for leading and developing the technical program management for integrations with our global procurement systems.The position is a unique blend of technology and business. It is a dynamic, challenging, and exciting opportunity for a proactive, independent team player that thrives on delivering superior service to our internal customers. The ideal candidate has wide ranging experience across project/program management, integrations, SaaS and internally built systems and tools. In addition, a background in consulting including large scale change management, system administration, training and communication is desired.Responsibilities Include: Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for customer needs and system administration. Manage integrations and use best practices for data integration between systems Expert level understanding of APIs, throttling, Use systems and extract data to help leadership make key decisions Create and manage measurements that track adoption, and utilization of procurement tools Work with SDEs, Application Engineers, and other technical team members to drive projects forward while maintaining a high level of controllership. Create, maintain and disseminate project status, roadmaps, training, and documentation to stakeholders Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across Amazon teams Schedule and lead meetings with internal customers across the globe Work autonomously and drive results, 5+ years in product/program management, brand management or category management Bachelors Degree Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements. Proven track record of working with cross category stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Bias for action; Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects. Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers.
