Job Description

Job DescriptionUrgent Requirement for Technical Sales ExecutiveFreshers:8000 - 10000 per month in training.Salary hike after 3 monthsExperienced:20000 - 25000 per month based on his performancePosition:Technical Sales ExecutiveLocation:Hyderabad / Bangalore / PuneEducation:- Graduate in any discipline *- Three year Diploma from a recognized Board/University- MBA, MCA freshers are not eligible.- Candidates pursuing any graduation/diploma course or any distance learning program are not eligible.Experience:Minimum 6 months of upfront sales experience in a Technical Support/Sales Process (Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Routers / Security Software/ System Utilities) .Candidates exhibiting sales aptitude and willing to work in a high pressure sales environment.Maximum experience:should not exceed 3 years.Maximum Age:not more than 28 years.Position applied for should be a natural/acceptable progression in the candidates career.Job Profile:Should be able to multi- task during handling a transaction. (Type & Talk)Should be available to work in night shifts.Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets.Needs to be a quick learner and should be open to receiving feedback & learning.Ability to understand/comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically.Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries.Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and avoid dead air on calls.Accurately capturing required customer details in CRM.Will require addressing irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.Ability to close sales.Meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines.Requires maintaining 100% Sales Compliance as per Sales Compliance Guidelines.Needs to clock the required number of production hours and adhere to break guidelines.Skill Set:Flair & Passion for Sales.Needs to be an avid listener*.Excellent verbal & written communication*.Should have good typing skills (40 WPM) *.Strong customer service skills.A high degree of self- motivation and driveAbility to work both, independently and as part of a teamEvaluation of Skill Sets required before hiringTechnical Skills:Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware.Good working knowledge of the Internet.Adequate working knowledge of Anti- Virus, Spyware, Trojans, Malwares.Must have good working & operational knowledge of at least 1 of the following Antivirus Software (McAfee/bit defender.)Advance operational / troubleshooting skills (for at least one the following) :Computer Desktop/Laptop operations along with peripherals (Printers, Scanners, USB Drives etc.)Advanced Knowledge of least 1 of the Operating systems from the following:Windows 7, Windows 2000, XP Home, Mac OS, XP Pro (Set- Up, Install, Re- Install, Recovery)Virus/Spyware/Malware eradication including Manual Virus removal.Basic Networking Concepts (Wireless Set- Up & Configuration & Internet Connectivity) .QualificationsEducation:- Graduate in any discipline *- Three year Diploma from a recognized Board/University- MBA, MCA freshers are not eligible.- Candidates pursuing any graduation/diploma course or any distance learning program are not eligible.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.,
