Job Description

    Job Description for Technical Sales Executive/Representative
    • Analyzing customer needs and recommending relevant products.
    • Conduct product demos & technical sessions for site labours.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential customers.
    • Provide technical assistance and support to customers on-site / remote.
    • Gathering Customer Feedback and product approvals.
    • Promote our building materials to architects, contractors, and builders.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales
    • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building material industry.
    • Any Graduate / Civil Engineering.
    • Relevant Experience in a technical support role in a construction chemical company.
    • Strong Knowledge of Tile adhesives and Epoxy Grouts.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of the local building material market
    • Proficiency in English and local language
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
