Role/Department Description:

Responsibilities:

  • 80Documentation: Gathering the requirements from subject matter experts , write clearly and accurately about application functionalities , workflow processes , and graphically represent the concepts. Audience receives the readability document.
  • 10E-Learning Modues: Includes voice over and animations. Develop objectives to ensure content matches with the subject Ensures the audience visually understands the concepts.
  • 5Document Repository: Maintain document repository and classification of different applications documents into respective repositories. Ensures that documents are accessible to users easily.
  • 5Communication: Analyze the recipients and publish documentation Communicate to users about new development and recent changes to existing in a release

  • Write in a clear and concise manner Helps the audience to easily understand the concepts
  • Document Development Life Cycle Helps to effectively deliver the documents
  • Creating style guides Style guides helps as a standard for the writing and design of documents
  • Creating template Template helps to place the content in the right format
  • Listening Skills Helps to pay attention to the subject matter expert while providing the inputs
  • MSTP (Manual of Style for Technical publications) Knowledge on MSTP helps to better customize the style guides as per company requirement
  • Adobe Frame Maker Helps to prepare large documents (more than 150 pages)
  • Adobe Robo help Allows to generate help files
  • MS Visio Allows to create workflow diagrams , road maps etc.
  • Microsoft Word Write documents
  • Microsoft Power Point Prepare presentations
  • Snag IT Capturing and editing screenshots. Preparing logos
  • Articulate Story line Generate E-learning modules
  • Adobe Captivate Generate audio to synchronize with the e-learning module
