Job Description

    Hiring: Tele sales Executive Associate IDFC Process (HGS)Location: BengaluruCompany: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) IDFC ProcessAre you passionate about sales and customer interaction Join our growing team as a Tele salesExecutive Associate and build your career in the banking and financial services industry.Job Responsibilities
    • Sell IDFC financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products through outbound/inbound calls.
    • Explain product features and resolve customer queries.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
    • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
    Eligibility
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 01 year of sales/telesales experience (Freshers can apply).
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in English and any one of these regional languages:
      • Kannada
      • Tamil
      • Bengali
      • Odia
      • Malayalam
