Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our logistics team. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound calls, providing information regarding logistics services, and helping potential clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently, book shipments, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between the company and customers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls regarding logistics services.
    • Provide clients with information on shipping, tracking, delivery times, and available logistics solutions.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sale support.
    • Assist in order bookings, ensure shipment details are recorded accurately, and update clients regarding the status of their shipments.
    Qualifications:
    • Higher secondary and Any Graduate
    • Languages Required: Hindi English Telugu
