Job Description

    Candidate with 8+ yrs experience who has deployed Microsoft Teams to customers, with a technology vendor or systems integrator designing, and implementing Microsoft UC systems and solutions.Hands on experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting AudioCodes and Avaya Session Border Controllers.The Systems Engineer will be responsible for engineering, support and administration of Telephony infrastructure and its associated such as Avaya, VoIP Monitoring including MS Teams.Technical/ Functional Skills Serve as the primary Implementation & Support Engineer for Microsoft Unified Communications portfolio. Must have experience on PSTN over MS Teams implementation, Integration with AudioCodes/Avaya SBC and Migration. Experience in MS Teams Voice, SBC routing, Direct routing, PSTN technologies, including SIP trunking and Enterprise voice advance troubleshooting skills. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Avaya SBCE/ AudioCodes configuration/troubleshooting experience is must. Apart from this, engineer will provide support for Enterprise & Contact Centre Voice Portfolio. Experienced in administering and support of Avaya technologies as well as good understanding of IP telephony supporting Contact Centre environment. Work with suppliers, customers, and internal IT teams to properly design and deploy designed solutions. Lead technical sessions with stakeholders and customers solution architects to discover requirements and develop solutions. Maintain and develop relationships with Supplier partners such as AT&T, Avaya and AudioCodes. Monitor and reviews PBX servers for their functionalities, error conditions and performance monitors to ensure system stability, Support VoIP infrastructure with upgrades and patching. Support first and second tier escalations for all operational outages in VOIP including Avaya CM, SIP, CMS, AES, VoIP and various call Centre applications. Plan the specified designs per customer s requirements and deliver quick enterprise solutions. Working knowledge and administration of Avaya PBX, SIP Trunking, queues and IVRs & call flows. Assist in the migration from Cisco PBX user for Business to Teams direct routing via AudioCodes SBC. Candidate must have strong communications skills verbal as well as writing and experience to deal with senior stake holders on planning and escalation calls. Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, or related field. Maintain technical certifications as required. Prepare project design and documentation. Present solutions to clients and executives as needed. Participate as a hands-on engineer on project deployments. Mentor and develop junior engineers.
