Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Expand Telecom business offering and develop new solutions for telecom ISPs that focus on automation (RPA) and analytics.
  • Develop and establish solution plan and lead the development of new telecom solutions to commercial deployment.
  • Interact and lead technical discussions and validate proposed solutions to our key clients.
  • Conceptualize and lead solutions development for Telecom Networks.
  • Establish appropriate vendor platform or technical partnerships to execute solutions development.
  • Collaborate with Telecom market & sales leaders to commercialization solution and take to the market.
  • Represent RMSI in industry conferences to build RMSI brand and develop leads.

Successful candidate must have the following:

  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree from premium institute, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.
  • Should have expertise in Telecom Engineering and technology/IT solutions
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in solutions development for Telecom Networks.
  • Should be a go-getter and results driven person.
  • Should have the ability to translate vision into reality through focused tactical plans and implementation.
  • Should be self-driven and results oriented.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Should be innovative and have the ability to think creatively.
