Job Description

  • Key accountabilities ( A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned )
    • To Make outgoing & Receive Inbound calls
    • Regular follow up with the Customers for Renewal collections and update .
    • Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.
    • Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
    Desired ProfileAny Graduate, 10+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable)
    • Good Communication Skill & Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills.
    • Good in Relationship Building
    • Good Convincing and Retention of customer
    Languages Required (Mandatory):-1.Tamil & Other Language
    1. 2. Bengali & Other Language
    3.Oriya & Telugu Language4.Mallyalam & Other Language
    1. Hindi, Telugu & English with 1+ years experience in BPO/Sales Mandatory.
