Job Details:Skills Required : To be able to manage and derive appointments in a high pressure environment in a Telemarketing model . experience in insurance / telecom telemarketing is an added advantage. Should be currently managing a team .Job Summary : To increase the collection , appointments and quality sales percentage of the branch. A. Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them B. Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis C. Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager. G. Candidate Profile Graduate in the relevant field with the minimum experience of Five to Seven years in Telemarketing or Telesales in supervisory role. H. Desired Industry Industrial , Telecom , personal financial products etc.Hospitality , Service sector like This is a team handling role of managing 3 Telemarketing Supervisors and close to 30 executives
