Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position ofTeMIP Admin at LTI MindtreeSkills Required -HPE-TeMIP, vTeMIP, NNMI/OpenNMS, UOC, UMB, UCA, UTM
    • Good understanding of NMS/EMS platform and architecture.
    • Good framework understanding of Fault Management application tools like HPE-TeMIP, vTeMIP, NNMI/OpenNMS, UOC, UMB, UCA, UTM preferable.
    • Detailed understanding about various interfaces under fault management application components and end-to-end management of Fault Management process.
    • Very good understanding and exposure to Telecom domain related operations, process and procedures.
    • Skills and experience requirement
    • Good communication skill for communicating with required stakeholders and customer.
    • Good Knowledge on OSS application and its flow towards NE,NBI & SBI.
    • Very good understanding and exposure to Telecom domain related operations, process and procedures.
    • Experience in Linux, Shell scripting, SQL hands on experience
    • Knowledge on Network operations & ITSM/ticket system process flow
    • Regular health check to be carried out and proactively engaging himself/herself for complete resolution process.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills on memory utilization / CPU utilization / cluster application failures in relation to fault management application components.
    • Multi-technology (CORBA, ASCII, SNMP etc) integration to HP TeMIP.
    • Ability to write and enrich the raw alarms using alarm beautification rules for all the domain based on the customer and operation teams requirements.
    • Development of TeMIP expert rules and corrective filters.
    • Alarm filtering at Low level.
    • Creation /managing TeMIP instance, domain, OC.
    • Working knowledge on different AM module.
    • SNMPv2, SNMPv3 Node addition, deletion and troubleshooting in NNMI/OpenNMS
    • Patch installation on TeMIP and OpenNMS servers.
    • Troubleshooting with respect with auto ticketing, alarm flow etc
