The TBM/ sole focus will be driving sales of specialty pharmaceutical products within your assigned geographic region. A key measurement for demonstrating sales success is incremental TRx or NRx growth over a baseline.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing and executing a strategic business plan for managing your territory. Utilizing data sources to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI Attaining and/ or exceeding assigned sales and profit goals Effectively managing sample inventory levels Managing and tracking physician profile information Effectively cover targeted physicians TBMs are expected to be in their territories for a full business day Participate in other activities, including sales meetings, speaker programs, and conventions which may occur outside of typical business hours. (consider any flying restrictions) Representing Converge Biotech and its products while maintaining company values of Superior Performance, Entrepreneurship, Customer Orientation, Respect for People, Working Together and Integrity Qualification Requirements Successful B2B or sales experience. Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Business acumen, understanding the aspects of ROI Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel Valid Drivers License with a good driving record Available for occasional travel for ongoing sales training and meetings, in addition larger geographic territories may require overnights ,
