Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility is to grow profitable business within assigned existing accounts through the identification, develoment and optimistation of sales opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships within assigned accounts to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base and decision making and ensure they fully understand and aware of the features and benefits of companys propositions. Working closely with sales colleagues to coordinate and share sales information ensuring a delivery of service and sales standards and the coherent delivery of sales opportunities. Collating, monitoring, analyzing and delivering account performance information to inform and support sales opportunity identification and ensure escalation of issues as required. Proactively developing sales skills and market/business knowledge, apply best practice techniques and tools and demonstrate the Brand Beliefs to maximize your performance and exploit companys investment in your training and development. Working with Underwriting, Marketing etc to ensure effective delivery of account and business needs in line with account plans and sales objectives.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidates working in GI only, handling Dealers, DSA, Agents & Motor Insurance.
