Description ON Semiconductor is looking for a Test Development Engineer tosupport ATE testing and validation of USB re-drivers and Clock products at testhouses around the world. Test Engineer will work closely with ON Semiconductorinternal teams and subcontractors on development, testing and troubleshooting USBre-drivers and Clock products in both wafer and package part. Responsibilities: ATE Test HW/SW developmentand deployment Interact with domestic andinternational team members to solve problems observed at test subcontractor as well as ONSemiconductor Factory Develop expert knowledge inmultiple products to support yield enhancement and test developmentactivities Perform product debug on ATE SkillsKnowledge: Required Good spoken and writtenEnglish skills for communicating with team members from various domesticand international sites ATE experience Statistical data analysiswith tools such as Excel or JMP or equivalent Programming in high levellanguages such as C, C and Visual Basic Solid understanding ofobject-oriented programming Able to manage prioritiesof multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment Able to utilize engineeringtest hardware (for example, oscilloscopes) to debug part related issues Beneficial ATEexperience, particularly on Teradyne uFlex and Maverick platform Background in Test andMeasurement of semiconductors Direct experience with USBRedrivers, Clock products Knowledge of Perl or Pythonscripting languages Production processmanagement Experience supportingproduction products including yield enhancement, failure analysis, testflow development and developing more efficient test processes Knowledge of semiconductorpackaging materials and methods and their effects on part behavior,
