Job Description

    **Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer****Shift: Rotational Night Shifts**Nature of work- On SiteWork Location- Hitech cityShifts: Fixed Night Shifts(US Shift timings)Transport- Free pick up and dropWeek Offs- Sat, SunKey Responsibilities: * End-User Support: * Provide technical assistance to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.* Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components and software applications. * Technical Troubleshooting: * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues by following standard operating procedures.* Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex technical problems. * Software Installation and Updates: * Install and configure software applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and compatible with end-user systems.* Manage and monitor software licenses. * Hardware Maintenance: * Conduct routine hardware maintenance and upgrades.* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. * User Training: * Conduct user training sessions on basic software and hardware usage.* Create documentation and knowledge base articles to assist end-users. * Security Compliance: * Ensure that all end-user devices comply with security policies and standards.* Implement security patches and updates in a timely manner. * Remote Support: * Provide remote assistance to users, addressing issues through remote desktop tools.* Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track user requests.Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field* Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or a similar role.* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and desktop applications.* Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.* Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing quality support.*Must have experienced into IOS and AndroidRegards.Divya Hr - hidden_mobiledivya.g@sahasyaglobal.com
