Job Description

    Job Title: Surgery QCA/SME (Quality Control Analyst/Subject Matter Expert)Experience: 3 to 4 years Salary: Up to 55,000 per month (based on skills) Location: Hyderabad Interview Mode: Online interview Work Mode: Work from office Joiners: Immediate or within 1 week We are looking for experienced Surgery QCAs/SMEs to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have 3 to 4 years of experience, with at least 1 year specifically in a QCA or SME role. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and subject matter expertise in surgery coding.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform quality checks on surgery coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
    • Provide subject matter expertise and support to the coding team.
    • Conduct audits and feedback sessions to maintain coding standards.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve coding discrepancies.
    • Assist in developing training materials and mentoring junior staff.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a QCA or SME role in surgery coding.
    • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
    • Certification in medical coding (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
