The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a trainer, with a strong background in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords). The candidate should be adept at delivering engaging and effective training sessions to individuals and teams, helping them master the intricacies of Google Ads and achieve their digital marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Training Delivery:
      • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
      • Deliver both beginner and advanced-level training to individuals and corporate teams.
      • Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and case studies.
    2. Content Development:
      • Design and develop training modules tailored to the needs of the audience.
      • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
    3. Hands-On Guidance:
      • Provide practical, hands-on training to help participants implement Google Ads strategies effectively.
      • Assist trainees in setting up and optimizing campaigns, conducting keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics.
    4. Assessment and Feedback:
      • Evaluate the progress of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
      • Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills and knowledge.
    5. Client Interaction:
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
      • Address client queries and provide post-training support as needed.
    6. Reporting:
      • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, including participant feedback and performance metrics.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum1 year of experience as a Trainer(on paper) with a focus on Google Ads.
    • In-depth knowledge ofGoogle Ads(Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns).
    • Strong understanding ofdigital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Certification in Google Ads (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Video, or Shopping Certification) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
    • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
