The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and collections, with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader on paper. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Team Leadership:
      • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
      • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
      • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and strategies.
    2. Sales & Collections:
      • Drive sales and collections activities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
      • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for collections and resolve any issues related to payments.
      • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates and collections efficiency.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
      • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    4. Reporting & Analysis:
      • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collections reports to senior management.
      • Analyze team performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    5. Compliance & Process Adherence:
      • Ensure all sales and collections activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
      • Train team members on compliance requirements and best practices.
    6. Training & Development:
      • Identify training needs for team members and organize training sessions to enhance their skills.
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Education:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
    • Experience:
      • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales and collections, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
      • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader on paper.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
      • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
