Short DescriptionCurrenty We are hiring Trackwiise system-4to6 years of experience-Hyderabad Location.The ideal candidate should have knowledge of TrackWise system and at least Five plus years of experience working in a GMP environment Primary Responsibilities Provide TrackWise Systems User Support which entails responding to queries by system users concerning system performance system integration points and workflows Lead the production support for TrackWise system including user support routine infrastructure maintenance outages break fixes and complex enhancements Recommend and execute process improvements and value additions to improve user experience Mentor L three support personnel in troubleshooting challenges and addressing routine tickets and issues within stringent SLAs Implement configuration changes Perform technical tasks software installations environment refreshes backups performance measurement for TrackWise application Create or modify crystal reports based on business needs Prepare test cases or scripts execute them and coordinate with IT Quality Computer System Validation group for reviews and approvals Prepare and follow business documentation work instructions SOPs and knowledge management information for applications supported Document application changes and configuration in appropriate change control and change management systems Proactively identifying issues and come up with resolutions to improve application availability and reduce outages Service follow up and resolution of escalated service issues and deficiencies as required Qualifications Very Strong Technical hands on knowledge on TrackWise QMS workflows its configuration group categories user roles admin queries or triggers dynamic queries states activities data fields Config Forms etc Import Utilities Migrator and Coordinator Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to interact well with a variety of diverse customer groups Should have lead a team of four to five developers for last two years Good organizational skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple and competing initiatives is required Strong technical and IT skills are a requirement Must have five plus years of configuration experience with TrackWise application Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting techniques basic SQL Query skills Oracle database structures application server platforms and operating systems Windows or Unix Experience in developing crystal reports Knowledge of Crystal Reports or Java Web Service is plus,
