Job Description

    A Trainer shoulddevelop and delivering training programs to educate employees, sales teams, or service team or employee motivation or company induction etc.about a companys products and services, ensuring they fully understand features, functionalities, and applications to effectively promote and sell them, often utilizing various training methods like presentations, demonstrations, online modules, and hands-on exercises;assessing training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.Key responsibilities may include:
    • Curriculum development:Creating comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids, aligned with product features and target audience needs.
    • Training delivery:Conducting live training sessions, webinars, or virtual classes or class room or physical training to educate employees on product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Needs analysis:Identifying training gaps and assessing the knowledge level of trainees to tailor training programs accordingly.
    • Assessment and evaluation:Designing and administering post-training assessments to measure knowledge retention and program effectiveness.
    • Subject matter expertise:Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product updates, technical specifications, and industry trends to deliver accurate information.
    • Collaboration:Working with product management, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
    • Feedback loop:Gathering feedback from trainees and incorporating it into future training programs.
    Skills and qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
    • Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
    • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training delivery tools
    • Technical knowledge of the product or service being trained
    • Experience in customer service or sales is often beneficial
